| Ola Stromberg, in a semi-works deal with the officially
defunct factory Sport & Rally program continued to rally
the 900 through the 80's and early 90's in national and european
rallies. He had access to bare shells off the assembly line,
access to the warehouse of Sport & Rally parts and even
built the cars in the old Sport & Rally department. While
these were not officially factory run cars they were the closest
you could get without actually being a factory team. This car,
the sister to my current rally 900, was built to compete in
the 1989-90 season |
